I'm 5'10 but I think it's really satisfactory height. Most of my friends are taller but they constantly assume we're the same height or that I'm 6'0 because of how I carry myself in conversation and from lifting. I'm fast enough in boxing and my endurance in other sports is great, plus most things are manufactured to my sizing.

I guess around 28 or 29. I was 6'1" until I was about 25 and realised I was 6'2", and then at about 28 or 29 I realised I was 6'3". Kind of odd because I didn't realise I'd keep growing for that long. I'm now 35 and still 6'3" , and I'm about 220lbs so I don't look lanky or anything.
Random extra: In the same period, my feet shrank from a size 13 to a 12 1/2, then to a 12, and my dick grew about an inch and a half (not including more showing from losing my fat pad).

Doing sports from a young age has been linked with increased height in multiple studies. Lifting won't shrink you but I don't think it benefits you quite as much as doing a real sport(started lifting at 14 btw).
