Any pro tips from lifting bros? just started lifting a couple months back, and asking 4chan for advice is probably the wrong answer, but im ready for the ass ripping.
Lower back tightness is a meme. It's perfectly fine to loosen up at the bottom of a Squat if it means getting below parallel.
Right now my goal is to bulk my upper body because my lower makes it look much smaller, so ive basically stopped doing leg and ass stuff
