Been lifting for around 4 years. Just curious if you guys could guesstimate the size of my arms, im trying to guage how big they look vs. how big they actually are. Post pics will reciprocate.

15 inches then. Possibly more because of the peak and/or width, which is hard to see. But around 15 inches.

Need to hit it harder. You tri should hang down (give that round look) instead of running a straight line from your elbow to armpit even during a double bicep pose. Keep at it, just looks like you spend more time on your biceps instead of triceps & brachialis.
