Im looking for a /fit/ book in which a guy tells how prision people used to get ripped before they could lift, is all about excercise routines only using your own body, like going from two hand pushups to one hand pushups to fingers pushups to one finger pushups to reverse-one-finger-pushups, etc
But i can't remember the name, does anyone of you know what im talking about?

that isn't making the pushups harder - all that shows is strength in the bones of your fingers.
if you want pushups to be challenging one-hand, incline/handstand, explosive and weighted are all the ways I'm able to think of.
