Powertec rack, right? I have one. Not sure what they call them, but j hooks are what you'd find on most racks. I think powertec sells replacements.

first thing that came to mind was "pin", and "squat rack pin" comes up with things like that on google. so if you combine that with the name/brand of your rack you'll probably get something.
