What is a good price for a black compact rumble roller? I mean, if I could get one for say 30 dollars flat, would it be worth it? Assuming it has been used a bit. Once on craigslist used for like 30 something and I know they are 45 new. Thoughts?

still, i think you should try to acclimate to it. You know how they have progressive overload? do that. just fill yourself with the smaller one until you can handle the girth and the ribbing.
