I've heard the rumor, "Cardio kills gains" but is it really true?
Like, I want to train my body for strength but need a bit of stamina too. Is there a good way to incorporate cardio into my workout routine without fucking up my gains? Or should I just ignore it all together and just keep lifting?

It's a meme. Google concurrent training.
Cardio kills gains is a 30+ year old method, current research has proven it doesn't work like that. In fact many pro athletes do concurrent training and gain strenght with it, such as football players, cyclists, etc.

Just don't go jog right before lifting
>walk at a fast pace for 1 min
>run for 2 mins
I do this after working out
Usually stop at 1 mile though
Thoughts?
Doing something like 2 to 3 sessions of 30-40 min steady pace cardio sessions a week is not gonna stunt your strength or aesthetics.
