I'm curious too. When I bulk I plan on just eating just 2 more pb&j sandiches per day. Is there anything wrong with that?

As long as you're otherwise getting enough calories and protein, no.

I would be woeried about the sodium
>>36731198
I thought sodium was a meme that only mattered to people who are inactive or have pre-existing blood pressure problems
>>36730796
not if they got what you need in them. i'd be more concerned about the quality of everything.

the sugar might get to you. also the time of the day matters. go for natural nut butters and natural jams.

RRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

depends
>>36731238
Well not really. Active people can eat a little more sodium than sedentary but not much. Its harmful like anything else in excess. And its really fucking easy to overeat sodium
I switched from bread to this shit. Love it.

how do you eat flax and not get the shits?
>>36731354
Eat more fiber more regularly and you wont get gas or shits
Btw have any of you guys tried this? Is this shit really all it's hyped up to be?

It's real good stuff. Very probably the best store-bought multigrain bread I've ever tried.
I also live near the factory, so can buy 2nd loaves (i.e. shape too funny too sell but still good bread) so I don't pay $5 a loaf
