Any downside to putting my creatine into my shake? Its just protein, 2% and a banana. I heard it would have a shitty creatine aftertaste though.
I guess it depends how it's flavored. I have fruit punch flavored and it's God awful with milk.

I did hear some stuff with creatine monohydrate that it somehow loses its potency after some time in water because of the pH levels or some shit. Probably just bro science but you may wanna check it out
