Hey /fit/, how do you get yourself psyched/pumped up before your workout?
I sometimes find myself feeling really lethargic when I get to the gym and end up doing a half-assed workout. Been gradually making some decent gains but not reaching my full potential because of this.

I remember that lifting is one of the few reasons I don't want to kill myself anymore
Try jumping up and down 30 times, do some push-ups, squats, calf raises, etc
I also do a quarter mile spring on the treadmill beforehand

Death Grips?
Music is a massive motivator for me. If i listen to local radio i find my energy levels are very low. I feel lathargic as fark. If i put on some death metal/black metal (anything with harsh vocals and guitar) i find i become significantly more motivated: less rest time and i try harder.
