Just run or summit?
Last time I went for a run, I ran 3.2 miles in 28:26, had to walk shortly around 8 times for 15-10 seconds each. I only really did it because I ate more than I should have as I'm cutting.
The last time I went for a run before that, I ran 5.4 miles in 47:44, and didn't stop once, felt like I could keep going miles more. I need to get back into it.
