What's the ideal weight, bf% and height for a man? I think it's around 225lbs at ~15% bodyfat standing 6'-6'3.

It looks like the ideal weight at 6'0 is around 82kg (~180lbs), that's where muscular athletes like sprinters are (MMA fighters are also around that weight outside weigh-ins) - their bf% is probably pretty low though so maybe you'd up the weight to have a higher bf% for ideal health. Also in my analysis of progress threads on bb.com I'd say that's around where men start to look "filled out" and aesthetic. Anything more and they are either using steroids or overweight.
