To lose fat > calorie deficit
To gain muscle > calorie surplus + werk

Its possible, according to some people, to gain muscle while cutting, but it takes a very precise caloric budget to do without fucking up, and managing macros and micros is already hard enough without adding that on top. The tried and true method is cut fat, then bulk muscle with about a 300 cal surplus (at the wgt I'm going to be working with, at least) to keep from adding much fat along with muscle.

Your goal should have been high intensity/frequency training while retaining high calories intake.

Intense weight training would lead to gain of muscle mass, daily pool for cardio as well 1 hour cardio daily to burn the fat in muscle tissies - however you not lose weight since instead water composition in tissues would increase.

The "fat" on belly cant get away targeted, however regular cardio and weight training would result in daily slow burn of it, and relocation of fat in body differently as you burn fat every day, absorb fat every day as well - however new fat goes to muscle tissues to be burned again rather than storage, so would look not that much of a slob.

You start cutting WHEN you have decent phisique. Cutting when you are weak is pointless and if your goal is looks could easily reduce weight by reducing water percentage with sauna/sweat cardio (though healthy it is not).

Lately, I've been on this kick of eating tuna and nonfat mayo with boiled egg whites on romaine stalks, usually with tomato, and maybe some pickle all the time for lunch. Beautiful thing is later I can use olive oil mayo, add Avacado, and keep the yolks in during bulking.

Ive honestly never had that problem so Im not sure what to tell you. When people post routines try to take note of the exercises that you can do that dont have to do with squats and add them to your routine and see how they work for you. Thats what I usually do when my I stagnate and want to add variety to my lifts.

I love seeing people make an effort to improve. All the kids that talk shit are never the ones that post their pics, all the shredded dudes that do post are usually the most helpful.

Don't have a before picture but I've lost about 25 pounds in the last 4 months with caloric defecit,occasional cardio and full body workouts 3x a week. I'm at a point now where I don't know if I should keep cutting or start putting on mass.
