I literally look like Blaha with deltoids. I just get wider and wider, and when I cut I get an unaesthetic adonis belt and moobs. At this point i only cut for about 2 months so i dont turn into a fat /plg/ slob and focus on strength.

I lifted in highschool and then between the waiting period to go to my drafting college ate like shit, barely lifted and did mostly bodyweight shit and cardio and lost like 75% percent of my gains but this year of training I have been doing this
6 days a week
choose a different hard as fuck compound for every day
do 5x5 at the end of every workout with accessory muscle work similar to the bro split but I usually focus on the primary group used in the compound and the 6th day is body weight and strong man training with cardio every other day

my strength and mass gains have been crazy, mfw I add 110 pounds to my power clean in like 2 months and gained 2 inches to my arms in about 6 months natty

1/2/3/4 (60/100/140/180kg or 135/225/315/405lbs) is a benchmark some people like since it sounds nice and is reasonably balanced for an intermediate lifter.
