>he doesn't train pectoralis upperis
The most important part for aesthetics. You don't want that droopy fat pec look do you? Stop doing flat bench and focus on upperis
>>36704989
Pretty sure thats the pectoralis upstairsis
>>36705012
>not pectoralis aboveist
>>36704989
Who doesnt train upper chest?
Every serious lifter I know does it though, you probably only know newbies.
>>36705039
How much does ohp and dips work it
>>36705072
Dips nearly nothing, OHP does fair but incline pressing works it even better
>>36705039
See
>>36705072
Kids like these are all over /fit/ and don't hit their upper chest. Then wonder why they don't look aesthetic
>>36705104
I know, many people on /fit/ dont even lift.
So I dont even care anymore.

Fucking potterfags
>>36705104
I may start now. I have a 2 pl8 bench for reps and my chest doesnt pop like i thought it would.
>>36705139
top kek
>>36705161
Kek this is a huge complaint around /fit/. People think they'll hit 2plate on their bench and their chest will be popping. So many SS fags I've seen have a 2.5plate bench and a chest that looks like they couldn't do a push up, it's embarrassing.
Go hit it anon, get that pop you desire and don't be one of the sheep around here
Yeah I just realized flat bench was a meme. I'm starting Incline Bench this Monday.
>>36704989
Women don't like big pecs on men. They like big arms and abs.
>>36705348
Incline makes your chest look complete, not bigger, per say.
>>36705348
t. no-chest norbert
but anon, my upper and middle chest are good, my lower is what needs work
>>36705373
Declines bench with a spotter just dont kill yourself
>Been doing incline since the beginning
I just got lucky. I had no idea what the fuck I was doing and am still dyel though.
>>36705354
My chest is naturally big, it's my T-Rex arms I'm worried about
>I fell for the flat barbell bench meme
My left pec didn't fucking change at all getting to almost 2plate. Adding dumbbell incline bench is a huge difference. Literally my biggest lifting regret.
>>36705456
Currently doing incline barbell, is it worth switching to dumbbell would you say?
>>36705612
In my experience definitely. The dumbbells made a bigger difference than the incline. Greater ROM and you use both pecs evenly.
>>36704989
What's your preferred exercise?
>>36705432
Google what a T-Rex looks like and maybe you might understand the meme
>>36704989
Neck press
8x8
>>36705353
This. Incline Dumbbells have made them more shapely. I rarely do flat anymore.
>>36704989
>tfw I tore a shoulder labrum and all the exercises I can do for chest, target the upper chest
Save for maybe light floor pressing, but I haven't tried that yet.
