I have a strong OHP and Bench. But I squat as much as I bench, and I don't deadlift.

I really wish I had that clean 1 - 2 - 3 - 4.

Instead I have 1.5 - 2.5 - 2.5 - 0

Still, it's been some weeks since I finally moved on from female Rx (official competition weights) to something in between that and male Rx. Shit man, I just don't know. I did the whole dirty pig shit bulk and gained jack all for strength during it for the first half a year and have all but plateaued for the last 5 goddamn months I've been cutting that horrible mistake off.

I've tracked my macros ever since I started cutting and have looked into every way of optimizing things like an obsession but I just can't seem to tap into those noob gains. I did start from hungry nerd skeleton never having done any exercise in my life but still. I give it my all every session and psych the fuck up for every lift but STILL.

I'm still making really slow incremental progress every now and then and I love lifting so I'm honestly not really bothered by it but I'd be embarrassed if anyone knew how long I've been lifting for the stats I have.

Upper/Lower split or PPL twice a week depending on how free my schedule is.

The big compound movements I do are deadlift, leg press, chin up, some type of row, OHP, bench press. I add one or two additional accessory movements to a workout if I'm not in a hurry. I have done next to no frontsquatting, but i have done a lot of abs with exercises such as knee ups and weighted sidebends, knee extensions are an ok complimentary exercise for the slight extra quad gain.

If you want to get strong at squats you should squat 4-6 times a week in my opinion, sure some are strong squatting twice, but that never worekd out for me.

Keep putting work in and you will make it, also i really recommend getting a pair of oly shoes.

I've been PL training for about 6 years now. I took a friend under my wing (when my other friend lost his job and couldn't afford it) and we've been going ever since - about 7 months now.

The problem with him is that he shit talks everyone he sees, but he is a DYEL scrawny hard gainer who is 140lbs soaking wet. The worst part is he does this in ear shot of people while trying to be subtle. I don't give a fuck about what other people are doing, I'm just focusing on what we're doing. Why so judgemental? I feel like calling his ass out, but maybe he's just doing it to try to fit in or some shit or to try and impress me. He's weak as fuck so I don't understand how he could say anything about most people there.

My biggest concern now is that other people will associate his assholeness to me. For instance.

I find that supinated grip just rips my lats apart much harder than chinups or neutral grisp, but they're also a lot harder.

Because of that I do my negatives with the supinated grip.
I can do actual pullups at 94kg with a neutral grip though. Used to burn out at just 3 or 4. Negatives are a god send for progression.
