Yeah, I do 3 sets of 5 weight chin ups, 3 sets of 10 barbell curls, 3 sets of whatever the fuck 20 pound hammer curls due too lazy to switch to one dumbell, 3 sets of 10 weighted dips, and then usually some more hammer curls after every compound session.

Not him but arms recover quite well (and quickly) from high volume training. Of course most guys tend to take volume training to the absolute maximum and end up only being able to do it once a week because they'd completely destroyed their muscle.
It really is hard to find some hard scientific data on putting mass on arms because everyone just spouts broscience- especially when it comes to arms. Anecdotally speaking, I think high volume + moderate frequency is the way to go.

I knock a couple sets of curls, shrugs, calf raises and lateral raises before leaving the gym every training day, been making tons of gains that way.
