That's what I've been working at.
I've been doing really light weights just trying to work out my lower back and get my hips to hinge right.
I've seen some improvements and I love it, but I'm still going slowly.
Just trying to keep my back flat while raising my ass. Getting my quads and glutes to stretch.

I'm being super cautious with this because I figure that deadlifts have the greatest potential to hurt me if I do it wrong.

My right shoulder is paradoxically weaker than my left. I'm right handed and when I do shit like one handed rows, my right side is much stronger than my left.

But during benches or other shoulder shit, my right is slow and weak.

I'm beginning to think I'm missing a muscle there or something.

Left shoulder on the front, I believe it's the bicep tendon where it attaches to the shoulder, not sure exactly the anatomical name for the attachment.

It is triggered by benching, always. I have altered my form to try and make it as textbook as possible but no matter what the injury reoccurs. I feel like something is wrong elsewhere and at this point technique won't make a difference but I don't know where to start.

Felt it around my lower back.

Lowering it back down is what I really focus on. Keeping that back straight.

I see the guys at the gym lifting and I see their hips swivel like they're greased. I was never very flexible, so I'm aiming for that. Maybe a few months down the road, I can be like them.

Not so much a size difference but just a shape/placement difference. It's weird. My right shoulder, the healthy one, is tilted more inwards, almost looks like I have some internal rotation on that side. My left shoulder seems more straight, but it's the injured one.

I'm beginning to wonder if it's something genetic with how my deltoid is attached, because my left shoulder has popped my entire life. I've religiously done rotator cuff work and rear delt stuff to no avail for a long time.

Yes, I took 3 months off of benching and had to build back up. Finally started to approach a new PR and then the injury flared up. It feels more like a tendon related problem than anything else. I think the inflammation of my bicep tendon is causing it to rub on surrounding shoulder structures and as a result getting more inflamed and more painful. Obviously I have stopped benching now because I am worried about tearing it but it seems hopeless because every time I get stronger I keep getting reinjured.

Yes it's just my left. My right shoulder has never felt pain in my life. It makes no noises. My left shoulder however pops when raised laterally with any sort of resistance. It has for as long as I can remember, before I started lifting. I'm working on my scapular stability now and hoping that might help. I can feel lots of scar tissue in my upper back on the left side right around my trapezius and levator

Nothing I can recall. Played lots of sports as I was young so could be a result of an injury from that, but I don't remember anything specific.

As far as stability goes, all I'm doing is lat pulldows and rows with very strict form, focusing entirely on squeezing the scapula. Just using relatively light weight and trying to feel my shoulder blades squeeze together. Haven't been at it long so don't know if it's helping
