Literally never if it means going over calories.
Like twice a month if it means eating anything with little nutritional value (like pasta or a tortilla wrap).

I stopped scheduling cheat days.
Off-diet days are going to happen whether you plan them or not. So don't build in extra days.

I see my mom on the weekends so usually once every other week is a cheat day for me.
She usually makes tacos (I'm not even Mexican) without meat. Other times we eat out or something, but I never go crazy and treat those days like cheat days, just "I love my mom and want to make her happy" days so I am not too worried about what I eat on those days.

Dont ever cheat. Make your deficit smaller if it's that hard. Make it fit your macros.
I do have refeeds every two weeks though, but my deficit is huge and the refeeds don't even set me back one day calorie wise

well I agree with you to an extent
there's no reason to be eating "fun foods" like pizza sitting at home alone
if you're going out with friends, have fun, but don't eat like shit for no reason...
Like 3 or 4 times a month depending if its cravings or social situations
Just a piece of advice: cheat MEALS not cheat days
