Over a year, it's been slow progress . But I was full on skinnyfat with absolutely no muscle.
Currently 78kgs and about 176cm. Did sl for a bit and then just switched to a split.

it makes my blood boil when people come into the gym on their first day and are already able to bench almost a plate, deadlifting 2 plates, squatting a plate and a half
it took me almost a year to even get to that. i started with the bar plus 10. deadlifting 115 and squatting 85

When I first started at 14 my bench was something like 110-115 for 8 reps or so, pretty weak shit.
I think I was around 135x8 when I really began lifting again at 17-18. My max bench was 260 x 1 at 21. OHP was almost 200. Deadlift was a weak 3 plate and I never squatted.
Then I quit lifting again for a year and a half...
came back and now I'm benching 150x8-10, OHP max is probably like 135x1. Deadlift is lol2.5plaete and I started squatting for the first time (seriously I can only do 145 for maybe 5 reps)
The fucked up thing is I can curl 100lbs for reps still. It's weird how muscle strength differs between people.
