How much do you barbell curl?
1 plate with Ez bar about 10 times
If I go just 10lbs higher on each side it wrecks my L bicep tendon or something and that arms useless for a week or so (can't do any pulls then).
Happened twice last year so I just do 1 plate and try to extend the reps

there's literally no reason to ever do this, the bicep is tiny fucking muscle
I am 5'7 and have 16.5 inch arms at 12% bodyfat and only curl 35kg for 12-15.
