Everyone I lift with is natty and about half have gotten 2 plate (3-4 of us). The others don't seem to give a fuck and lift somewhere between 135-185 or so for reps. I can hit 225x5, but I'm a large lad. 6' 4" 245lbs.

The heaviest I've ever seen someone OHP IRL was 105kg for 1. I'm sure the powerlifting brigade are saying they haven't tested maxes, but they are sure they do 3 plate, but the press isn't a competitive lift. You aren't a powerlifter if you are focusing on a lift that doesn't fucking translate into anything more than a bench press accessory exercise.

Proper lifting for about 6 months Upper Lower Split.

Her lifts are
25kg 3x8 Ohp
32.5kg 3x5 Bench
60kg 3x3 Squat
85kg 3x3 Didly.

But she has super long arms and super long femurs.
If you focus hard and train proper you should reach a bit higher upper body lifts and squat and way lower didly.

Also don't do bro splits.
Do upper lower. PHUL PHAT or some kind of variation. Bro splits just don't work on such low amount of test.

improving my squat is my number one goal, somehow I suck at it.
every girl I know somehow started with 1plate and is progressing fast as fuck and I feel like the stupidest shit.
I had a PT check form and all, it's top.
I train 4 days/week and get proper rest inbetween and my nutrition is excellent (healthy, I meet all my macros/micros,...)

I'm on a 250kcal deficit, but I guess even with that I should be able to progress with noob gains, which up to now I haven't.

5x5. Do a lot of squats.
Do a lot of leg press.

The girls who squat 60kg squat with the shittest dogshit form. It took my girlfriend a long grind to get here and she has squat shoes and does proper warmups. Those fucking instagram chicks who do bar and later 60kg as 1st set don't actually squat 60kg.

Remember women are weak, but you can get actually kind a strong and you will looking f00king juicy in no time.

5x5 for squat. Squat a lot. A lot of leg press. Forget about overtraining it doesn't exist when natty woman. Do squats before didlis on lower body days. If you have extra time add extra exercises. Make sure they challange you. Almost every shit should push you to some limits.

Keep reps in 5 and around reps. Don't go too high. Keep adding weight keep adding reps. Either will do.

Sorry for the reapated/rant answer. But just remember ADD reps/weight. Make sure the weight challanges you and pushes you to some limit.

I think I have OCD so I'll go to the gym consistently for like 3-4 months, then stop going for 6 months. Rinse and repeat. Last time I did OHP it was seated OHP 3 years ago. I just started going to the gym again.

The most I ever benched was 235-245. I'm currently doing 175x5. I do a lot of pullups, complete extension, I fully unlock my shoulders to a full hanging position between reps.

being able to press 100kg even once is a feat of strength to most people. that's something that like 1 in every 1000 men can do. lifting around other very strong people can warp your perceptions of these things

I've trained regularly in four different gyms and never seen anyone press more than 60kg for reps except for some old roided manlet who did 2 plaet seated press for reps.

Serge Reding was 2 in 4 billion (if you count Alexeyev's subsequent lift). Literally 0.00000005%. I would say 2pl8 is a fair amount to throw in the conversation, though I would count "elite" as 3pl8 (@ ~200lbs, so 1.5xBW for anyone below). That's like 500lb bench press territory, a respectable amount that can help you towards winning a powerlifting meet.

Me, I The Press 215lbs at 180lbs bodyweight. Not elite, for sure, but not bad considering my ape arms that reach almost to my knees.
