Slowly you will feel the pain of seeing human lifeforms making constant bad decisions destroying themselves and others in the process, you won't be able to relate to others and their desires as those things likely hold no meaning to you in the total insignificance of life.
I recommend finding a good wife, a hobby and sticking with it, it's the closest you will get to happiness.
Sadly most of us with high IQ's walk down this road alone, even if we get rich and powerful we will never truly relate to anyone else, and we will likely be forgotten as our times fade away.

My IQ has been officially measured in a correctional facility, then in a hospital, then in a official mensa test
It fluctuates (depending on test) between 140 and 175 (every test is calibrated on an "expected" outcome so normalfag tests are the ones with the greater deviation)
I eventually managed to get two degrees (even though I dropped out and re-enrolled twice), got a nice job but it's still a soul crashing existence. At least once in a month I consider to take my own life; I can't relate with other human beings - and not because I'm smug. It seems so... fake and childish for me to have a social life. It's so fake that every time I attend to social events I dream 1000x times to sit in my living room all alone. It's that boring.
I'd like to be like you. "No brain, no pain" - I've tried to do all the things you do (drinking, drugs and other numbing dumb activities) but got no joy from them. I had two gfs and I hated every single minute I had to fake interest in their conversations. For me it's like listening to a barking dog.
Again, I'm not smuggy, I really envy you.
The only thing that makes me appreciate my humanity is lifting, running and in general to stress out my body. I'd hate being a human if it wasn't for that.

I've found that the best way (145 iq reporting in) is just find someone who is in awe of you. Sure it sounds really arrogant, but I've been in the same boat, people's problems seem so trivial.
But now I just try and enjoy the simplicity. I know all the right things to say in conversations, because I know what people like to hear. It's like gaming the system.
