You really should be able to get there without bulking. I've been lifting for just 8 weeks and I got to 3pl8 for 5 reps while cutting the entire time.

HIjacking this thread for advice. My bench seems to be lagging something shocking, it's the only lift I seem to be struggling with proportionately.
All for 3x5 (except diddylifts), 6' height, 82kg

I feel like I might have to reset my squats, chinups and OHP within a week or two. Diddlys and rows are no problem whatsoever. Bench I doubt I could move up in weight without failing.
The bizarre thing is that I can punch out 55kg for 10 on my last set in an AMRAP if I wanted to, but as soon as the intensity goes up i'm fucked

i honestly don't know. whenever someone spots me, they never say anything about my form. i can bang out 3x10 chinups without too much effort, dips 3x8 (no belt for weighed stuff)
