You would know man if you were, you'd have legit female characteristics like breasts/gyno, you would be tall as fuck, balding, your ball sack would be small as shit, you would have very little to no body hair and unable to grow facial hair
Fat storage patterns aren't enough of an indicator, not all men store fat the same way, some men naturally just have bigger hips. That body shape is usually a result of high carb/low protein diets, no exercise, and very poor diets (insta noodles, canned soup etc)
The best way to tell is to ask your family doctor to get your test checked. If it is very far below average, and you meet all the other symptoms, it is likely a medical related condition.

I'm 177cm, which relative to my let-parents, is tall. Have gyno, mild pubes as chest hair, small ball sack, shitty neckbeard instead of a full beard. I'm also balding, badly for that matter.
I used to exercise a lot as a kid, when i actually think about i wonder how am this fat. I also have adhd, so that adds to the hyperactivity.
