Some of these estimates are way too high. Would be around 17-18% imo
Probably just under 20%.
Go use one of the BIA machines (The things that cost a buck outside of GNC), take like 3 measurements over the course of a week and average them. If you're adequately hydrated and in a resting state (elevated temperature can fuck with it) it will be accurate within like 3-5%.
