I'm pretty chincy with my protein powder so typically 2 scoops a day. 1 for a shake in the morning and one for the one before bed
3 scoops. just enough to keep some humanity

Counting calories. Adding milk doesn't add that many calories, and protein with water is pure puke.
I also can't shake it so my stuff is half to drink, half to eat.

Is protein powder actually a good way to gain weight? I feel like it brings the maximum satiation for the minimum of calories. By that logic, it would actually prevent you to eat in surplus, or at least make it harder.
Depends on where I'm at on protein for the day.
I usually have 1 or 2.
I just mix it with water.
