You can't get rid of gyno naturally beyond waiting til hormones balance themselves but once it's there it's there. Mind you I'm talking about serious case where surgery is necessary. 90% of the cases of "gyno" could be solved by just dropping body fat percentage to around 12% or less. If there's still hard breast tissue then, then you have an actual problem
