how do i get abs?

i'm not low enough bf% yet. but i want to make sure my abs are good enough before cutting.

right now i do decline crunches with a 35lb dumbbell. can't progress any more since i don't own dumbbells over 35 pounds

what else can i do to get nice, "3D", abs? i don't want prominent obliques

skwats and dragonflags fx, are pretty shit, for getting abs.

I know this isn't really scientific, but i doubt there are better studies out there.. They messured how much you use your coremuscles in different exercises, with EMG.

Turns out ab wheel, bodysaw, turkish getups and chin ups are the best exercises.

Yup.
I used to do crunches on those declined benches with ease.
Started doing bycicles and they hurt like a motherfucker. So good.
Also started doing captains chair, but it works more like my groin and back area, working up to leg raises
