If I'm being honest, my largest weakness is this. Flour. I love to bake. I'm professionally trained to bake. There is nothing more heavenly in life then freshly baked bread, cooking a homemade pizza in a masonry oven or pulling a godly pie from the oven. It's a fucking curse.

Cut everything but vegetables, water and chicken. Once you get to a manageable lighter weight, start building your endurance. I ran and still run for minimum an hour a day.

It's a hellish diet for a fatass who loves to eat, but worth it now that I can buy whatever and never be judged because I'm pretty small now.

Not that anon, but I went from 300 to 200 in about 9 months, then 200 to 160 in about 5 months.

the first 75 lbs I sat doing what I normally did but I was hungry all the time, oh I also got some 15lb dumbbells and did curls and squats with them
After I didn't exceed the weight limit I bought a road bike and rode it around a 10 mile lake. By the time I got down to 160 I was doing 80 miles every other day being a bicycle neet faggot.

I've toned it down and now I lift heavy so I can get rid of some excess skin I have around my gut area, everything else tightened back up nicely.

It's fine. The cut will be slower but it depends what you're trying to achieve, do you want to be stronger or faster? Like, if you build lots muscle (not that cardio bunnies don't have muscle), you'll still be bulky, even overweight if you get BUILT but the difference is that you'll be 200lbs of muscle, not fat, so you'll still be healthy and look good for it.

Either way, fundamentally, the fact that you're exercising and eating well is the most important part. Everything else, be it health or physique, will fall into place over time.
