if you've been working out for longer than 6 months and weren't a huge fatass or anorexic to start with you should look like you lift
I worked out for months before i realized a big part of gains is caloric surplus. Now that ive started counting calories my lifts have finallu started going up and ive steadily gained 35 lbs in 5 months

there is a 2 year difference here. before the left pic i was fatasfatass and cut down to that, felt small, dreamer bulked, got somewhere ungodly like 30% bf, now im cutting down again and thats the right side, currently
im 5'8.
pretty depressing seeing people who have been lifting for 2 years total who look better. my total lifting experience is like 3 years
