How on earth am I supposed to get 3500mg of Potassium a day?

I take Potassium Citrate from Bulk Suppliments

270mg of citrate yield 99mg K so I take about three grams of citrate at a time and get around a Gram of Potassium. I take a dose like that a few times a day.

3500mg is fucking easy. Almost every food has it.
Most cereals, fruits , vegetables have high levels of potassium. You should be worrying about reaching 4700mg, not 3500 unless you have kidney problems

I should say I am not under the care of a physician and I have read Potassium can accumulate and there can be problems from too much ..like stopping your heart but this mainly happens if you have kidney problems which prevent you from eliminating K.. so I am almost 53 just assuming I have no kidney issues.. far to much of a macho man to bother seeing a doctor. lol

Try to incorporate a fruit smoothie in the morning with like strawberries and bananas and eat soup / veg shake in every major meal. Otherwise you will not reach it. And potassium supplementation is not really necessary. See if you can buy low sodium salt ( with around 50-60% potassium) and use it for seasoning
