I switched from holding the bar in my palm to holding it in my fingers like pic related. It seems like you're doing that already though. My grip started to fail me recently, but as soon as I got chalk I was able to double overhand my working reps no problem. I'd say don't switch to mixed grip until you absolutely have to when warming up/in general. I don't have anything else. Sorry famalam, I'm just too inexperienced.

Lads, I have been running this bench program where I have 3 sessions a week, 2 high volume and 1 where I do heavy triple.

When I started the triples where unpaused and the last was RPE 10.

Now, the triples are pauses and I would estimate that I can get 2 more in.

This program was without weekly peaking, as you can see, but I wonder what to do now?
Do I keep doing the weight some more time for triples or do I basically up everything now?
Or do I make a light weak and peak for 1 RM?
Or a 3RM?

I don't quite know what route to go now

That is hard to answer as it's fairly individual. Maybe see how your gains were over this cycle and take a couple weeks to do a weekly peaking program and see if you gain or no.

Gains where probably slower than they could potentially have been on something like TM, but they were more ... solid.
On TM, as soon as I missed a few days and had training irregularities, I was set big hardcore and it took me weeks to get back up to where I was.

I like bench the best. I think it also gives the most rewards aesthetically speaking. As far as actual benefits go, I think it's deadlift. It trains a huge portion of your body and translates directly into real life scenarios where you have to pick up, say, kitchen appliances off the ground.
