Not OP but I'm curious what is considered good weight for all the standard exercises like benchpress, overheadpress, squat, etc after you've been lifting for a while? I just started 2 months ago and my bench went from just the bar, 45lbs, to 105lbs. My squat from just the bar to 80lbs, and my overheadpress from a 33 pound bar to 55lbs.

a kid who worked on their grandfathers farm or a kid who played sports growing up is going to be able to lift significantly more in his first days, weeks, and months than a kid who grew up eating doritos and playing counterstrike.
