How can I get veggies/fruits into my diet without having to eat them?

I fucking hate veggies & fruits... period. I love chicken, rice, beans, oatmeal... but I fucking hate veggies and fruits... I want a complete diet though

Make a juice with some spinach, cucumber, mint, oranges. Try out different juices. Don't like juices, learn to cook veggies well. Start eating more of them and you might end up loving them for how they make you feel - healthier, better digestion, more energetic and just generally feeling awesome. Also more gains.

Technically speaking though, we could thrive on raw milk. Organ meat also can pretty much replace fruits and veggies in terms of the micros. Multivitamin supplements imo are shit compared to real food sources.

I'm currently drinking a smoothie so I'll give you my recipe. I'd recommend getting a semi expensive blender like a vitamix if you are going to make them regularly:


2 servings greek yogurt (46g protein)
2 large eggs (raw, wash the shells before cracking them. 16g protein)
2 handfulls of baby kale
a handfull or 2 of mixed frozen fruit (I buy the frozen fruit at costco, it's mango, pineapple, strawberry, and peach. Experiment with combos)
1/2 banana

Not sure on the exact calories cause I dont measure but its a lot of greens and about 60g protein.

That or go to vitamin shop or gnc and get the super food greens powder where you add a scoop to water each day and it has a shit ton of good stuff and is nutritionally dense. I just cut up vegetables for shishkabob. Just chicken and vegetables. I avoid carb heavy vegetables so no potatoes or corn.
