Isnt it bad to do squats and push ups svery day?
>>
>>36664012
I used to do body weight squats every day. Got up to like 500 or something. Then i blew out my knee.
>>
>>36664012

Doing real squats every day would be counter productive

Doing bodyweight squats and pushups every day isn't a problem. Doesn't do much, but decent for maintenance if you're stuck without equipment for a while
>>

I'm not

All that work and still no gf
>>

Macbooks have autocorrect? lol
>>
>>36663937
If you did this you would be injured from running that many miles everyday. Anything past 5k is asking to snap your shit up.
>>
>>36664012
cmon brah everyone knows it's the only way to become infinitely, unstoppably strong
>>

Same I used to be a body weight lifter adventurer until I got shot in the knee by a arrow. Not the same as blowing my knee but...
>>
I'm going to work up to doing that all in one go rather then doing 10x10+10 minutes of hiit or 4x25+10 min o' hiit.

I have been doing a thing where I do 25 squats 10 pushups 5 chinups with 30 seconds of rest nonstop for 30 minutes.
>>
>>36663920

Aren't sit-ups and squats the same thing? Is this the joke?

Replacing one of them with pull-ups would work better

There are 40 years old that do marathon every day for a few months. Personally I wouldn't do 10k daily, but If everything is good with your form and body I don't see how it would be bad.

You would be a mess of imbalanced muscle development, with entire muscle groups never touched by your training, and the ones that are trained developing in wildly asynchronous patterns.

Not to mention that the "10km run" thing would drain you and destroy your muscle, since your body will have absolutely no way of recovering from any of the dumb shit you're doing.

Please leave anime training to anime characters.
>>
>>36668528
It's a reference to Single Hit Guy
>>
>>36667999

It's the training regimen for a fucking cartoon character. It spilled over in boards like /fit/ because the amount of normies liking it is so high.
>>
>>36668551
I run 10 km every day brah. You just work up to it and it happens, it's not far at all once you have run marathons.
>>
>>36668553

>>

>>
>>36670149

>>
>>36665016

>>
ITT: People who think you can run 6 miles every day for 3 years straight without injury.

Unless you are leaving humanity behind this will snap your shit up.
>>
>>36671057

>>
>people still believe thats how He got his power
>>
>>36671327

Doing it for over 1000 days in a row regardless of how you feel. No rest days.
