Why is my deadlift going up while all of my other lifts are going down? I hit this new PR a few days ago, but I can't make the recomended reps on 5/3/1. Weight is constant at 170 and I get plenty of sleep.

Deads use pretty much your whole body, so the weakest link drags you down. Most likely cns+adaptation plus strengthening whatever muscle group you lacked is making your dead catch up to what it 'should' be ideally.

If anything my hamstrings would be lagging the most, and I failed hard on squats today so idk if that's it
