Has your strength/muscles had any functional uses lately? Or in general? So far for me desu it's just been like groceries

S-stop, it's embarrassing..
i break things more easily when i go into an autistic rage, and i guess day-to-day life is a bit easier, but that's about it.
Im the one who gets called when friends/family need help moving. I dont mind getting used to help them.
I work a sometimes intensely physical job with relative ease, whereas everyone I work with ia considerably slower and end up gassed by 3pm and they all tend to get injured or sore.
I was doing a walkover survey (literally just walking various transects across a certain area taking field recordings), one of the easiest parts of my job, with a desk jockey grill and she legit told me she has ibuprofen for the next day. From a few hours of walking. Lol.

i know that feel. Used to work garden section of a home depot. Would sling mulch all day and ended up walking about 10 miles on the concrete floor every day. Not really that hard but you should see all the new people who would bitch

mostly just grip strength I love being able to just grab something and manhandle it into doing what I want. I'd love to be a professional jar opener for weak tiny women. 'oh you want those pickles? let me just rip that lid off for you with my vascular forearms"

I'm a lot better at breaking in pool
I don't have a car and am building a home gym. I carry all of my weights home. It's a never ending cycle.
Pls
I waa helping my friend clear out a trail in the woods. There was a downed tree in the way and i clean and pressed it on one side and tossed it off the trail. Saved like 10or15minutes.
I wish i would of weighed it somehow.because it felt heavier then anything ive lifted before and my shoulders were really exhausted after.
Also i work a manual labor job and lifting makes it easy. Hell last year when i was on roids i lifted up a 400 pound piece of steel and carried it probably 20 feet just to see if i could. Shit made me feel invincible lol.
