Only thing here is a blatant lack of self control and an overabundance of self hate and adipose tissue. I only hope she can find the error in her ways before heart failure finds her first.

Sarcasm aside, if you want incredible forearm gains, you are going to want to do these things:

1. SUPPORTIVE grip work with lots of time under tension. Volume deadlifts might work here, but you probably want to do farmer's walks and pretty much any other loaded carry you can. I do strongman, so keg carries, duck walks and even some sandbag carries work the grip. Do these. (Farmer's walks are probably the easiest to do in a gym.)

1a. Variants: use fat bars or Fat Gripz. Axles as well. Use them for push as well as pull movements.

2. PINCH grip work - pinch and carry plates for weight and time. Ironmind makes a product called the Titan's Telegraph Key, which is borderline ridiculous, but seriously works.

3. CRUSH grip work: Captains of Crush gripper is the best series.

I think there might be a carryover of pinch --> crush --> supportive, but don't quote me on that.

BUT WAIT THAT'S NOT ALL

Work your forearm extensors as well. There are two ways you can do this:

A. Roller work - look up forearm rollers, you can build them cheaply from some PVC pipe and some nylon twine if you really need to. This will smoke your forearm extensors even at low weights. Go slowly for that time under tension

B. Rubber bands: pinch your hand into a "goosing someone" position, band the fingers and then proceed to expand your hand. Ironmind makes special bands for this, but for fuck's sake, just get regular rubber bands.

Indeed it does, but it works. I've only seen ads for it in MILO, and it is clearly targeted at strongmen competitors (for whom the grip is key). To be honest, I might get one, since it is fairly compact and I can use it during conference calls, but the fact that it uses standard and not Olympic plates triggers me
