Progress R8 thread?
Started dieting and mild weight training 4 months ago, and have since dropped from 220lbs (pic related) to 196lbs as of today.
Went from 115 to 160 on bench
From 180 to 200 on squat (bad knee. Torn ACL from hs)
From 2 sets of 3 to 3 sets of 8 pullups
Still working on good Deadlift form, tbqh. Haven't moved much from 180
Hammer curl from 2 sets of 5 @ 25 per arm to 3 sets of 5 @ 35
How am I doing /fit/?

But you could stock up on tuna, romaine, Avacado, and other healthy stuff for that much, anon. I personally really enjoyed canned chicken and ff mayo on romaine when cutting for wrestling in hs. It was really effective and tasty

6'1 down from 320 to 280 over the past 4 months mainly through diet and cardio.
Starting to add more weight training, benchs, pull downs and calf presses.
Slow progress but I'll feeling 100x better than I was back in November
