Lol, I actually agree that I could look better after 4 years. I've had periods of partying/not watching my diet closely. Lifting isn't the #1 priority in my life.

And I do a P/P/L split, lifting 5-6x a week. If i only lift 5x a week then I do P/P/L/Upper/L. Bench, front squat, weighted chins, overhead pressing as main movements I progress on.

Getting down 60 lbs in a year is awesome progress man. Keep it up. The next round of weight loss will be a lot tougher, but you can do it.

Also, if you are 182 in that pic, no way in hell you will be 12% at 168 lbs man. You'll still be over 20% bf most likely at that weight. Just keep going.

As with anything in life its perspective dude. I say it time in time again, anything fitness related, life related anything. You have to find a perspective that keeps you going towards your goal whether or not it comes from a positive place or a negative place but its up to you.


For what its worth, I can keep a 4 pack year around, but a 6pack I cant. Ive never been able to do it because of health reasons etc. I do find eating higher fat and lower carbs helps you lose weight a bit as well. But other than that really just find a perspective that keeps you going towards your goal dude. Good luck.

Legs are proportionate to my body, as well as strength. Only real lacking feature is calves, and I train them 4x per week. At the end of the day it's mostly genetic. For example, I haven't isolated traps in probably 5 months and they are huge. I overload my weak points and maintain my strong points, so right now I'm overloading legs in my training cycle.
