Meh I usually don't fall for bait but I actually know quite a lot about this so here we go. I'm from Europe so metric system incoming. 7 inches are 17,78 cm btw and 6 inches are 15,24 cm. 1 inch = 2,54 cm
Quite some time ago now there was a huge metastudy on penis size. It concluded the average is around 14cm (a little less than that actually), BPEL which means bone pressed erect length, i.e. you measure from the bone and ignore the fat pad (if you measure from the fat pad that's NBPEL). The study claims to have corrected for ethnical differences and to have shown that they're largely irrelevant. I'm a bit skeptical of that but well, even if we go by ethnicity it seems that the average for the white Caucasian male is around 14.5 cm at most and definitely not more than 16 cm (which are I think the biggest results studies have shown with dubios methodology and low sample sizes).
The reason I know this is because I do PE for a couple of months now. I started out with 15 cm BPEL and I am at 18 cm BPEL now. I combined a stretching device with manual exercises. I planned to go to 19 cm BPEL for more visable gains (because of 1.5 cm fat pad) but it's already too big for my girlfriend. I regularly hit her cervix and she complains about pain. Going into girth exercises now, no idea if they work or how well though.
