I do it because I don't want people talking to me because I'm afraid I'll make a fool of myself. Also I'm too autistic to approach the girls that workout, so I refuse to even look at them, and I try to workout as far from them as I can.
It sucks though because I rarely leave the free weight area, and the fittest girls will usually work out there, which drives Mr insane. Too much spaghetti though to ever talk to them.

brother, using set form during your warmup is a totally valid method of getting it right under weight. There's too much to think about in the working set, it needs to be a habit at that point.
