I don't care how I look desu, I want to be stronger/more bear mode anyway but based on the olympia dudes and shit, aesthetics is about a strong V taper. My obliques are massive and definitely interfere with that ideal. Again, i'm not going to change it, but it's the way it is.

I haven't been doing SS but I don't do ab isolations. The question was about core work. My routine is as follows, but I switch it up once in a while:

Push: Bench (sets/reps I change up between 4 sets of 9 to 7 sets of 4, I've made some great gains this way, basically it's smolov jr)
OHP: 5x5. I've plateaued at 155x5 for a while.
Tricep pushdowns 3x12 or 4x8 depending on how I'm feeling

Pull: Diddy: Varies
Deficit diddy: varies
Snatches mostly for technique. I've been trying to get into oly lifting
Rows 5x5
Pull ups 3x12 or 4x8, or I'll do some curls but that's rare

Legs: The real meaty day
Squat 7x5
Front squat 3x5
Usually some kind of explosive thing like jumps
Hamstring curls 3x12
Pin squats

Also, just because someone is not big doesn't mean they didn't use gear.

Focus on your diet and training for 4 years and see where you're at. If you're not happy with the amount of male attention you're getting, then hop on the bike, but most likely, you'll be happy with what 5 years of natural lifting will do for you.
