Decided to step on a scale
Turns out im at 290lb now
Holy shit, I am a quite successful guy, with a great career; however, I'm putting on lbs by the month. Not sure what to do anymore, we have showers in the office, i'm willing to step up to a gym membership and finally get my weight to at least 240 by august

Between studying and running an office, i don't have too much time to gym etc..

You don't have to go to the gym to lose weight.

You just have to eat less.

Calculate your TDEE.

My fitness pal.

Track every calorie that goes in.

Eat 500+ cal under your TDEE every day.

Recalculate your TDEE as you lose weight.

Add cardiovascular activity a few times a week if you want.

I'm on the same boat as you. Got to 290 and said fuck it. I read the sticky, and 2 weeks in after eating better, cutting out soda, and light cardio I'm down to 283. I didn't start a thread bitching about it though. I'm not sure what responses you're hoping to get. Just read the sticky.
