I'm pretty sure I've lost a cm from doing heavy squats these past 6 months. How do I regain my height?
Become an astronaut
travel to Texas, kill Rippetoe and recover whatever he has taken from you
There's a reason it's called LOWBAR.
prosthetic insertions
Inversion table, or just hanging from a pull up bar.

My gym doesn't have inversion tables. So if I just hang from a pull up bar my spine will decompress? How many times should I do this?

Yes it will. It's not quite as effective as the inversion table in my opinion.
The key is to really try to relax your muscles. Your body will naturally tense up to maintain stability, but this prevents a lot of the decompression from happening. That's why the inversion table is better, because the extra tension from having to grip the bar makes it a little harder to relax.

I think I had poor form today, my neck hurts a little
Um, everyone loses height from squating. But your spine decompresses back. Also, your spine changes length throughout the day. So you never lost height at all.

Welp I'm never going squat again. Bulgarian split squats or some other shiz should hopefully be enough.
