Your stomach doesn't react to the number of calories. It reacts to how empty your stomach is. You could eat all ur calories in one sitting then growl the rest of the day. Don't let fat logic clog ur brain.

Pick a low Cal veggie to have, and eat that, doing jumping Jack's if it brings u over ur calorie limit. But with carrots or celery it's tough to go over ur limit

A whole head of cauliflower has like 200cal, good luck getting through the whole thing and staying hungry.
Ive always cut around 1600cal and never been hungry.

You shouldnt feel hungry at all follow the sticky's guide on cutting protein and then eat the reccomended range of fiber (by the usda or whatever your country uses to make DRI's) for the rest of your calories.
All fibrous fruits/veg/grains are extremely filling/nutrient rich and digest very slowly.
Drink water when you are thristy.

I have literally never been hungry on a cut, using the method above.
