i've been doing climbing for couple of years, MAD forearm gains.

In 8 years I've never heard of warts or fungus spreading from climbing holds. Pretty sure chalk build up on holds is a pretty hostile environment for many microorganisms

Honestly, I think bouldering has done more for my physique than lifting. I'm a bit tall and inflexible to boulder too well, but I can regularly get v5s, occasional v6, and once got a v7. Gym grades soft tho.

Been climbing for almost 2 years. Sent 2 v7s and projecting another right now. Can usually flash anything v4 or lower with an occasional v5. I need to start getting back into rope though. Stopped around 5.11 because my partner stopped coming
