If you want to cut too using above^ feel free, i find its 80% diet 20% actually working out.
It'll change depending on you, this diet was tailored to me as I was on the day. But you'll find yourself eating a shit ton of shit tasting food and you'll loose weight

Two years on and off
Started at 275ish around August 2014 after my yearly check up.
Stopped cutting at 240 in about December 2014.
Gained 5 pounds over the year and I started cutting more in August after my grandma died
So maybe like a year of cutting months.
Currently hit my original goal of being under under 200 (198) so I posted this thread
New goal is 180 though but it really depends on how I look
Good luck if you're thinking of cutting weight or are cutting weight, literally anyone can do it, I didn't really even take it radical, I still eat like shit, I just eat less shit when I eat and try to mix in some proteins.

Was 190 in the before pic and it took me about 6 months but I started weight training on the regular 4 and a half months ago. Routines don't make that much of a difference as you might think, as long as it's a good balanced one. There are plenty of routines on the bodybuilding.com forums, key is to be consistent and have patience. I still got a long ass way to go since I'm basically skinny fat now and have to cut to skelly mode first before I bulk but hey...better than being a fatass.

Was 240 at my heaviest, now 155. I'm 6'2 but don't scream aneroxia, i'm stronger now than when i started 6 months ago. At about 45% of 1/2/3/4. Been cutting since August or September i can't remember exactly, fucked around on the holidays so that slowed me down but just increased my self hate and shame.

I wonder what it feels like to lift weights on a surplus. Just another 2 months of wasting away. This fucking back-oblique fat is the last to go, got that little bit below my belly button too. You know how when you are losing fat it feels loose kinda? like squishy? My oblique fat is still hard so i really need to blast it the fuck down before i start eating. Makes my hips seem wider than they are.

I didn't notice a ton of difference in the first 30 pounds either, I was definitely slimmer but since I was still fat it didn't feel much better. The 15-20 pounds after that made a big difference

I also put on a ton of muscle so it is probably 55-60 pounds of fat loss total. Still have about 10 to go

Yeah, I only had three months to bulk. Beginning I was 135lbs, end of bulk I was 160ish, and I'm like 150 rn. Possibly looks no muscle was gained because the pictures are taken at inconsistent distances from the mirror.

I'm kinda on the manlet side, so the gains are more obvious. 5'7.5", was 124lbs, I haven't weighed myself yet, but I'm guessing 135lbs cause of water weight
