Your walkout has too much pussyfooting going for it. Three steps. A good walkout is three steps. Find some videos on a proper squat walkout.

You're over-exaggerating your lumbar extension just a wee bit. Don't worry about it now, it'll fix itself as you sort your shit out, just be cognizant of it.

Sorry for asking in here, but I have been on Madcow's 5x5 since December and have seen some great gains so far.

I think I'll be going on a cut in a few months (curent bodyfat% = ~25) and after that I'd like to maybe do another program.

My current numbers are, in kgs,

Bench:
3 x 110kg

Squat:
3 x ~120-125kg (Had an injury, I know it sucks)

Diddyrift:
5 x 170kg

OHP:
5 x 65kg

Rows:
3 x ~100kg


I'm considering Wendler's 5x5 with reverse BBB accessory work (Bench BBB with 532 OHP, Deadlift BBB with 531 Squat, etc)
with lat work on upper body days and abs on lower body days.

Will this fit my numbers? Is the frequency too low? Does anybody have another routine to recommend?

Mate, with numbers like that I wouldn't be cutting. Now I get that you want to have a beach bod or whatever, so I'd strongly recommend 5/3/1 for cutting. Anecdotally I can say that it's worked for me on both my cuts, and continues to push my numbers up as I've cut from 209 down to 189.

I really responded well to Boring But Big sets, but after 18 months of it I needed a change, so I dropped OHP for a Closegrip/Front Squat day, do paused deads on dead day, paused squats on squat day, and kept the BBB sets for bench cause I'm a chad.

My priority is getting stronger, but getting bigger in the process would be really nice.

Any other advice? For how long do you think I can make weekly gains with 5x5? I've already stalled on bench, but I'll just reset.

I've got nothing against being fat, but in this case it should be like bear-fat, like buff fat. And I don't think I can make it yet.

Try it. You also seem to have a pretty young training age, so if you try out 5/3/1 for the cut and you just find it boring, or non optimal, don't be afraid to try other programs until you find the one that you enjoy most.

I'd give Boring but Big a shot. IT won't get you bigger while cutting, but the added volume is a nice bit of practice.

I think when most people "stall" on beginner 5x5, they're actually just being a pussy and being afraid of the grind. It's supposed to be fuckin' hard. If I could go back and slap myself around a bit when I was on SS, I think I wouldn't have wasted so much time.
